TM 9-2350-261-34 C H A P T E R 1 3 MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT HEATER KIT INSTALL ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT HEATER KIT (M577A2 ONLY) INITIAL SETUP Tools: References: General Mechanics Tool Kit (Item 35, App B) See your-10 See your–20 Materials/Parts: Adhesive silicone sealant (Item 3, App C) Equipment Conditions: Dry cleaning solvent (Item 18, App C) Engine stopped (see your -10) Sealing compound (Item 70, App C) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Sealing compound (Item 72, App C) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Sealing compound primer (Item 74, App C) Battery ground lead disconnected Silicone compound (Item 76, App C) (see your –20) Floor plates removed (see your –20) Personnel Required: Carrier fuel shutoff valve closed Track Vehicle Repairer 63H10 (see your -10) INSTALL 1. Nut (1) is located on longest support link (2). If nut is on inside of radio mount platform (3), remove nut and screw (4). Install screw from inside of platform and nut on outside of link.
