Remove grommet (26) and pin (27) from headlight body (10).
Tag all electrical leads upon removal to ensure pro-

Install grommet (26) and pin (27) in headlight body (10).

Remove four nuts (1), four lockwashers (2) and four flat washers

Install wiring harness (14) through grommet (26) in headlight
(3) from four screws (4). Discard lockwashers.

Install new insulator (21), grommet (22), socket assembly (19),

on each of two wiring harness (14) leads.

Solder two new tubular rivets (20) to two wiring harness (14)
leads.

Remove two screws (11) and four lockwashers (12) to release
five ground leads (13). Discard lockwashers.

Secure two socket assemblies (19) to headlight body (10) with
four screws (17) and four new lockwashers (18).

Remove four wiring harness (14) leads from two connectors (15)
and remove connectors.

Install reflector (16).

Remove reflector (16).

Install four wiring harness (14) leads to two connectors (15).

Remove four screws (17) and four lockwashers (18) to release

Secure five ground leads (13) to headlight body (10) with two
two socket assemblies (19) from headlight body (10). Discard
screws (11) and four new lockwashers (12).

Install four screws (4) in plate (7).

Remove two wiring harness (14) leads from two tubular rivets
(20). Discard rivets.

Install plate (7) and new gasket (9) on headlight body ( 10) with
