7.m.n.o.p.q.r.s.t.u.v.w.Place aluminum plate over cloth backedfoam rubber.For air cure, place C-clamp 8 inches(20 cm) or larger over aluminum plateand under table or bench.Center repair patch. Tighten C-clampuntil cement is forced out around repairpatch edges.Air cure repair patch for 72 hours.Repair can be heat cured by placing acuring iron between aluminum plate andC-clamp.Cure for two hours at 240°F ( 160°C).Allow iron to cool 15 to 20 minutes beforeremoving.Remove C-clamp. curing iron (if used),aluminum plate. and cloth backed foamrubber from repair patch.Use a damp cloth or sponge to removecellophane from repair patch.Check repair patch for poor bond or looseedges. Loose edge of up to 1/4 inch(6 mm) is allowed.Buff off repair patch loose edge, if notmore than 1/4 inch (6 mm).If repair patch loose edge is more than1/4 inch (6 mm), cement and cure edgeagain.Repair blisters as follows:CAUTIONDo not cut bladder fabric outer lining.a.b.c.Do not repair blister larger than 3 inches(8 cm).Carefully cut out section of inner linerthat covers blister area.Cut patch to fill section of inner liner thatwas removed.d.e.f.Apply cement.
