Install spacer (1), two bearings (2), and re-
taining rings (3) in pulley (4). Use snap ring
pliers.
Secure idler arm (5) to transfer gearcase with
two straight pins (6 and 7) and new cotter
pins (8).
Secure pulley (4) to idler arm (5) with
screw (9), washer (10), and nut (11). Tighten
nut to 50-55 lb-ft (68-77 N-m) torque. Use
torque wrench.
Install and adjust fan drive belts
(page 8–35).
