Apply a thin coat of sealing compound to

external threads of adapter (3).
Install radiator inlet elbow (4) and new
gasket (1) on radiator (5). Secure with two

screws (6) and new key washers (7).
Install radiator outlet elbow (8) and new
gasket (2) on radiator (5). Secure with two
screws (9) and new key washers (10).
Install balance hose adapter (3) on
radiator (5).
Attach lifting device of at least 150 lb
(68 kg) capacity to radiator support eyes
(14), Lift and place radiator on four seals
(11 and 12).
Align mounting holes of two radiator sup-
ports (15) to power plant grill (13). Secure
radiator on power plant grill with 10 screws
(16), 20 washers (17), and 10 nuts (18).
