TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE FRONT ARMOR (M113A3 ONLY) — Continued 0749 00 9. Remove two screws (36), lockwashers (37), washers (38), backing plate (39), and trim vane hinge (40) from front left armor plate (26). Discard lockwashers. WARNING Armor plates are heavy. Be sure to support plate properly to avoid injury to personnel. 10. Remove screw (1) with jam nut (2) and washer (3) from power plant door armor plate (4). 11. Remove jam nut (2) from screw (1). 12. Remove latch stop (5), two screws (6), lockwashers (7), and washers (8) from power plant door armor plate (4). Discard lockwashers. 13. Remove trim vane hinge (9), two screws (10), lockwashers (11), and washers (12), from front right armor plate (13). Discard lockwashers. 0749 00-6
