W A R N I NG Dry cleaning solvent P - D - 6 8 0 is toxic and flammable. Always use in an open area with good air flow, away from sparks, h e a t , o r f l a m e s . W e a r gloves. Do not breathe goggles and vapors. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, and clothes. If you get dizzy while using solvent, breathe fresh air and get medical help. If solvent gets on hands, wash them. Clean external pipe threads of elbow (6) and adapter (7) with dry cleaning solvent. Apply a thin, even coat of primer and then sealing compound (Item 70) to cleaned exter- nal pipe threads of elbow (6) and adapter (7). Do not apply primer or sealing compound beyond small end of threads. Remove existing plug (8) from oil cooler elbow (9). Discard plug. Install elbow (6) in elbow (9). Install adapter (7) in elbow (6). Install hose (10) on adapter (7). Secure with clamp (11). 14-40
