Install wiring harness 12351461 on PER-SONNEL VENTILATOR BLOWER.2. Check for continuity of EXHAUST circuitby removing harness 12351461 from acces-sory control box (circuits 159A, 159B, 159C).3. Place red probe of multimeter on pin C ofharness 12351461 and black lead of multi-meter to pin 14 of AFES relay #1 (middle)and check for continuity.Is voltage continuity indicated in the EXHAUSTcircuit?Repair wire 159C or replace harness12351461 (para 7-79) Verify problem isReplace AFES control relay #2 (middle)(para 21-1 1). Verify problem is solved.CONTINUED FROM STEP AD. 1. Place red lead of multimeter on socket Charness 12351461 and black lead of multi-meter to ground.2.
