TM 9-2350-277-20-5REPLACE REAR BILGE PUMP AND STRAINER — Continued 0635 00INSTALLATION1. On M1064A3 only, place bracket (1) on new pump (2). Secure with screw (3) and new locknut (4).2. Install adapter (5) in pump (2). Place ground lead (6) on pump (2). Secure with two new lockwashers (7) and screw (8).3. Secure cushion (9) to pump (2) with adhesive.4. Install pump (2) in carrier. Slide hose (10) on adapter (5) and secure with clamp (11).5. Place strainer (12) (M1064A3 only) or strainer (13) (all other carriers) on hull weldnuts.6. Install bracket (14) on weldnuts. Secure with three new lockwashers (15), ground lead (6), new tablock washer (16), andtwo screws (17).7. Install bracket (18) on weldnuts. Secure with two new tablock washers (19) and screws (20).8. On M1064A3 only, place strainer (21) on pump (2). Secure with washer (22) and screw (23).9. Connect circuit 451 lead (24) to bilge pump (2).0635 00-3
