Remove four screws (1), lockwashers (2), and washers (3) from two strap retainers (4). Remove strap retainers from carrier. Discard lockwashers. 2. Remove four screws (5) and washers (6) from two latch brackets (7). Remove latch brackets from carrier. 0589 00-1
