TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE MISSILE RACK (M901A3 ONLY) — Continued 0588 00 7. Install 20 tiedown straps (3) on missile rack. Secure with 14 headed straight pins (2) and new cotter pins (1). INSTALLATION 1. If removed, install two screws (1). 2. Install six shims (2) and clevises (3) on carrier. Secure with 12 washers (4), new lockwashers (5), and screws (6). Do not tighten screws. 3. Install lower rack (7), middle rack (8), and upper rack (9). 4. Install six headed straight pins (10). 5. Tighten 12 screws (6) to secure clevises (3). 6. Remove six headed straight pins (10), upper rack (9), middle rack (8), and lower rack (7). 7. TIGHTEN 12 SCREWS (6) TO 216-264 LB-IN (24-30 N m) TORQUE. 8. Install lower rack (7). Secure with eight flanged bushings (11), if removed, four shim washers (12), headed straight pins (10), and new cotter pins (13). 9. Install two brackets (14) on carrier. Secure with two new lockwashers (15), washers (16), and screws (17). 0588 00-4
