TM 9-2350-277-20-4REPLACE FLOOR PLATES (M901A3 ONLY) — Continued 0540 004. Apply light coat of adhesive to groove portion of new grommet (1). Allow adhesive to dry until tacky.5. Carefully insert new grommet (1) in cut out portion of floor plate (2). Press firmly into place. Wipe off excess sealant.NOTEWhen installing floor plates in the M901A3, make sure electrical cables are not pinched ordamaged.6. Position floor plates (2) and (3) on vehicle structural supports.7. Secure floor plates (2) and (3) to vehicle structural supports with seven lined washers (4), washers (5), and screws (6).8. Install floor plate (7) on vehicle structural supports. Secure with six lined washers (4), washers (5), and screws (6).9. Install two platform protectors (8) on floor plates (2) and (3). Secure with four flat washers (9) and screws (10).10. Install access cover (11) on platform assembly (12). Secure with two washers (13) and screws (14).FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS1. Install personnel heater duct and hose (WP 0706 00).2.
