INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Materials/Parts Adhesive (WP 0928 00, Item 4) Grommet Locknut (14) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic Helper References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Launcher stowed (see your -10) Personnel heater duct and hose removed (WP 0706 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove four screws (1), flat washers (2), and two platform protectors (3) from floor plates (4) and (5). 2. Remove two screws (6), two washers (7), and access cover (8) from platform assembly (9). NOTE When launcher is stowed at 180 ± 1/2 access to one of the screws is through the access hole in the platform assembly. 3. Remove 13 screws (10), washers (11), and lined washers (12) from floor plates (4), (5), and (13). 0540 00-1
