Turn MASTER SWITCH ON. Start engine (see your -10).2. Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).3. With ramp up, ramp lock handle should latch tight. Swing handle forward until it clicks. If linkage is adjusted right, itshould take a good push to latch the handle.4. Check that top, sides, and bottom of ramp are aligned right.NOTERamp seal should be compressed enough to prevent water leakage, yet without metal-to-metalcontact between ramp and hull.5. If ramp handle will not latch or ramp does not seal, perform ramp seal test (Step 1) and adjust ramp lock (Step 1).RAMP SEAL TESTWARNINGLowering ramp could injure personnel.
