TM 9-2350-277-20-4 REPLACE RAMP DOOR SEAL 0520 00 THIS WORK PACKAGE COVERS: Removal (page 0520 00-1). Adjustment (page 0520 00-2). INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp raised and locked (see your -10) REMOVAL NOTE Check ramp door seal in same manner as ramp seal (WP 0521 00). Chalk pattern should be evenly distributed over interior sealing lip of ramp door. If pattern is uneven, adjust door handle (WP 0519 00). If adjustment of handle does not solve problem, notify your supervisor. 1. Bend five retainer strips (1), on door (2), away from door seal (3). 2. Remove damaged seal (3) from door (2). 0520 00-1
