Discard lockwashers.C Remove setscrew (15).D Tap shaft (16) from bracket (8) and remove two spacers (17) and sheave (10).E Open two S-hooks (18) and remove quick-release chain (19) fromcable (1).ICAUTIONIPosition clevis (4) in soft jawed vise so that it will not bebent or closed when vice jaws are tightened.FPlace clevis (4) in soft jawed vise and loosen locknut (20). Pull cable (1)from clevis (4).G Rotate winch (14) crank until setscrew (21) in sleeve (22) is accessible.Loosen setscrew (21). Do not remove unless damaged.H Rotate winch (14) crank until setscrew (23) in sleeve (22) is accessible.Loosen setscrew (23). Do not remove unless damaged.IRemove sleeve (22) from winch (14) crank.
