WARNING Door could fall and injure you. Make sure door is held by a lifting device before removing hinge screws. 4. 1 . 2, Attach d-r to lifting device. &move two nuts (l), screws (2), and 8PaCem (3) that secure ramp door (4) to four &p parts (5) on ramp (61. Remwe door from ramp. Have helper assist. Remove two shoulder bushings (71 from two hinges (8) on ramp door (4). Remove two bushings (9) from two upper hinge parts (5) on ramp (6). Remove two shoulder bushings (10) from two lower hinge parts (5). NOTE Shoulder bushings (7 and 10) provide ciearance between spacer (3) and upper ramp hinge part 6). Replace bushings that do not prwide l/l6 inch (2 mm) clearance. 10-4
