REPAIR FAN ASSEMBLY (M548A1) — Continued

ASSEMBLY
1.
Install front bearing (1) in fan housing (2).
2.
Install retaining ring (3) in front ring groove of fan housing.
3.
Position rotor shaft (4) through bore of front bearing (1) in fan housing. Gently tap end of shaft to seat against bearing.
4.
Install rear bearing (5) on end of rotor shaft (4) in fan housing. Gently tap bearing to seat against front retaining ring.
5.
Install retaining ring (6) in rear ring groove of fan housing.
