Remove 20 self-locking screws (4), two drive sprockets (5), and rings (6) from sprocket wheel (8). Discard self-locking
screws.
3.
Remove two rubber cushions (7) from sprocket wheel (8).
INSTALLATION
NOTE
Procedures for repairing left and right sprocket wheel assemblies are the same.
1.
Place two rubber cushions (7) on sprocket wheel (8). Center short flat areas between mounting holes in sprocket wheel
rim. Press on rubber cushions until firmly seated against flange of carriers.
2.
Install two rings (6), two sprockets (5), and 20 new self-locking screws (4) on sprocket wheel (8).
3.
TIGHTEN 20 SCREWS (4) TO 110-115 LB-FT (149-156 NM) TORQUE. Use torque wrench.
