Place sprocket wheel assembly (2) on final drive (1). Secure with 10 new self-locking screws (3). Have helper assist.
5.
TIGHTEN 10 SCREWS (3) TO 170-190 LB-FT (231-258 NM) TORQUE. Use torque wrench.
FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS
1.
Install track on drive sprockets (WP 0358 01).
2.
Join track (see your -10).
3.
TIGHTEN TWO END CONNECTOR BOLTS (9) TO 400-430 LB-FT (543-583 NM) TORQUE. Use torque wrench.
4.
Adjust track tension (see your -10).
5.
Road test vehicle to check that drive sprocket and cushion are installed properly (WP 0128 00).
