Both battery negative leads disconnected (WP 0292 00)
Power plant rear access panel removed (see your -10)
Strap
REMOVAL
1.
Remove nut (1), lock washer (2), and lead 2 (3) from terminal (4) on starter relay (5). Discard lock washer.
2.
If necessary, remove strap (6) from lead (17), lead (13), and lead (3). Discard strap.
