REPLACE AIR BOX HEATER HOSES, TUBES, AND FITTINGS (M548A3) -- Continued

Remove screw (10), washer (11), and clamp (12) from heater hose (7) and engine.
6.
Unwrap spiral tubing (13) from electric leads and heater hose (7) and remove heater hose from engine.
7.
Remove hose (14) from air pump (15) and check valve (9).
8.
Remove any damaged fittings.
INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA
1.
Inspect fuel hose and tubing for leaks and deformation. Replace defective hoses and tubing.
2.
Inspect fittings for distortion and damaged threads. Replace defective fittings.
