2. Does multimeter read 26 volts DC or more?

(WP 0090 00).
2. Verify no faults found.

1. Measure resistance between terminal ends of circuit 31D (1).
Repeat check for circuit 32D (2).
2. Does multimeter read 0 ohms for each measurement?

1. Replace circuit 31D and/or circuit
32D (WP 0090 00).
