TM 9-2350-277-20-5 REPLACE M3 NBC HEATERS AND CONTROLLERS (M113A3 AMBULANCES ONLY) — Continued 0795 00 5. If damaged, remove two screws (17), lockwashers (18), and bracket (16) from hull top plate. Discard lockwashers. 6. Disconnect circuit lead 537C (1) and circuit lead 537D (2) from forward and rear heaters (3) and (4) on left side of vehicle. 7. Loosen clamps (5). Remove forward and rear outlet hoses (6) and (7) from forward and rear heaters (3) and (4). 8. Loosen clamps (8). Remove forward and rear inlet hoses (9) and (10) from forward and rear heaters (3) and (4). 9. Remove eight screws (11), 16 washers (12), eight locknuts (13), and upper heater (3), and lower heater (4) from two brackets (14). Discard locknuts. 10. If damaged, remove four screws (15), lockwashers (16), and brackets (14) from bulkhead. Discard lockwashers. 11. Disconnect circuit lead 537G (17) from driver’s controller (18). 12. Disconnect two leads (19) from driver’s controller (18) and driver’s heater (20). 0795 00-2
