INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Materials/Parts Cotter pin (4) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Rear floor plate removed (WP 0543 00) Wire rope disconnected from ramp cylinder (WP 0656 00) REMOVAL 1. Remove cotter pin (1), headed pin (2), and wire rope (3) from ramp mount bracket. Discard cotter pin. 2. Remove three cotter pins (4), headed pins (5), and pulleys (6) from pulley mount. Discard cotter pins. 3. Remove wire rope (3) from carrier. 0658 00-1
