Place plate (15) on hull bracket. Secure with two new key washers (16) and screws (17). Bend tabs on key washers to
secure screws.
3.
Install new locknut (13) on adjusting screw (14). Install screw in plate (15). Do not tighten locknut.
4.
Align lever (10) with hull bracket. Secure with headed pin (12) and new cotter pin (11).
5.
Align latch (9) with lever (10). Secure with headed pin (8) and new cotter pin (7).
6.
Install one support (1), key (2), arm (3), one support (1), and key (4) on arm (5). Install arm (5) in connector (6).
7.
Secure arm (3) on arm (5) with screw (7) and new locknut (8).
8.
Install two supports (1) and key (9) on arm (10).
9.
Align four supports (1) with hull top plate. Secure with eight new key washers (11) and screws (12). Bend tabs on key
washers to secure screws.
10. Insert arm (10) in connector (6). Install two screws (13) in connector (6). Tighten screws.
11. Install two new locknuts (14) on two screws (15). Install screws in hull brackets (16). Do not tighten locknuts.
12. Install eyebolt (17) in clevis (18).
13. Align two eyebolts (17) with arms (10) and (5). Secure with two headed pins (19) and new cotter pins (20).
14. Align clevis (18) with lever (21). Secure with headed pin (22) and new cotter pin (23).
