2-126Change 1TM 9-2350-267-20JDisconnect rectifier-to-regulator harness at voltage regulator.With jumper wires, connect pin E of harness to a batterynegative terminal and pin B of harness to positive terminal ofthe same battery. With vehicle engine running at idle speed andultimeter set on the dc volts scale, place red lead on pin Cof harness and black lead to ground. Multimeter reading shouldbe between 30 to 34 volts. If this voltage is not present, repairor replace rectifier-to-regulator harness (p 6-76). If this voltageis present, go to step K.IK MASTER switch OFF. Disconnect voltage regulator tobulkhead harness at voltage regulator. Use a jumper wire toconnect socket A to socket B. Place MASTER switch to ONposition and start engine. Run engine at 1000 rpm (oil pressure12 psi). Place red lead of multimeter in socket F and black leadto ground. If voltage is 24 vdc, troubleshoot air cleaner blowermotor circuit (p 2-113).TA312703
