INSTALLATION
1.
Install inlet hose (27) and clamp (26) on air purifier (13). Tighten clamp.
2.
Install inlet hose (27) and clamp (26) on heater (25). Tighten clamp.
3.
Install outlet hose (14) and clamp (24) on heater (25). Tighten clamp.
4.
Install two clamps (23) on outlet hose (14). Secure clamps to bulkhead with two screws (21) and new lockwashers (22).
5.
Secure electrical leads (20) to outlet hose (14) with new tie straps (19) as required.
6.
If removed, install spring clips (16) on driver's bulkhead with screws (17) and new lockwashers (18).
7.
Install outlet hose (14) in three spring clips (16) on driver's bulkhead.
8.
Install outlet hose (14) on connector (15).
9.
Install inlet hose (11) and clamp (12) on air purifier (13). Tighten clamp.
10. Install inlet hose (11) and clamp (10) on Y-fitting (7). Tighten clamp.
11. Install two clamps (8) and patient's left forward inlet hose (4) on Y-fitting (7) and left forward heater (9). Tighten clamps.
12. Install two clamps (5) and patient's left rear inlet hose (3) on Y-fitting (7) and left rear heater (6). Tighten clamps.
13. Secure wiring harness (2) to inlet hoses (4) and (3) with new tie straps (1) as required.
