TM 9-2350-261-20-2 REMOVE/INSTALL BATTERY ACCESS COVER (M577A2 ONLY) INITIAL SETUP Personnel Required: References: Unit Mechanic See your -10 Material/Parts: Equipment Conditions: Nonmetallic bumper (5) Engine stopped/shutdown (see your -10) REMOVE 1. 2. 3. Raise right forward table (1). Secure with support rod (2) and remove three wing nuts (3)₀ Lift and slide cover (4) from battery box. Remove five nonmetallic bumpers (5) from cover. Discard bumpers. INSTALL 4. 5. 6. Install five new nonmetallic bumpers (5) in battery box cover (4). Slide cover (4) onto battery box. three wing nuts (3). Lower support rod (2) and right Secure with forward table (1). END OF TASK 13-6 - - - - -
