Secure filler hose (2) to filler flange (4) andfiller tube (3) with two clamps (l).1. Drain fuel tank below filler flange level(page 6-50).8. Fill fuel tank (see your -10). Check tank forleaks2. Remove two clamps (1) and filler hose (2)from filler tube (3) and filler flange (4).3. Remove 16 screws (5), 8 locking plate bolts(6), filler flange (4), and gasket (7) from fueltank. Discard gasket and locking plate bolts.I N S T A L L4.5.6.Place new gasket (7)Place filler flange (4)on filler flange (4).and new gasket (7)inside fuel tank opening. Secure with 8 newlocking plate bolts (6) and 16 screws (5).Tighten 16 screws (5) to 36-48 lb-in(41-55 CMKG) torque.
