INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0541 00, Item 57) Materials/Parts Adhesive (WP 0542 00, Item 2) Cleaning compound (WP 0542 00, Item 9) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Cab door removed (WP 0386 00) REMOVAL 1. Bend retaining strip (1) away from door (2) to release seal (3). 2. Remove door seal (3) from cab door (2). CLEANING 1. Clean door edge with cleaning compound. Remove all adhesive and particles of old seal. Make sure door edge is clean and dry before installing door seal. 0388 00-1
