Disassemble door hinge straps on carriers with two hinge lugs for each hinge.
a.
Remove four hinge strap screws (25) and lock washers (26) that secure linkage strap (27), two locking plates (28),
and two hinge straps (29) to door (9). Discard lock washers.
b.
Remove two locking plates (28), linkage strap (27), and two hinge straps (29).
3.
Disassemble door hinge straps on carriers with a single lug for each hinge.
a.
Remove four hinge strap screws (30), lock washers (31), and two hinge locking plates (32) that secure linkage strap
(27) and two hinge straps (33) to door (9). Remove linkage and hinge straps. Discard lock washers.
b.
Remove two cotter pins (34), lug washers (35), hinge pin (36), and shim washers (37) (bottom hinge only).
Separate lugs (38), hinge straps (33), and shim washers. Discard cotter pins.
4.
Remove two door pad screws (39) and washers (40) that secure door pad (41) to door (9). Remove pad.
