Loosen four outside tie-down ropes (3) on sides and rear of carrier. Disengage ropes from outside tie-down cleats (4).3. Loosen inside tie-down rope (5). Disengage rope from inside tie-down cleats (6).4. Disengage six web straps (1) that secure front and rear closure flaps in closed position.5. Untie nine cover tie ropes (7) that secure cargo compartment cover (2) to bow (8) and bow (9) inside carrier.0417 00-2
