Fastenthree web straps (5) to secure rear closure flaps in closed position.10. Install four outside tie-down ropes (8) under outside tie-down cleats (9). Tie rope ends securely. Stow ends by pullingbetween secured portion of rope and hull of carrier.NOTESecure sides of cargo compartment cover first, working from front to rear; then secure nearflaps. Make sure uniform tension is applied to all parts of cover and that cover is positionedright and is as smooth as possible.11.
