REPLACE TRACK TENSION ADJUSTER AND MOUNT -- Continued

INSTALLATION
1.
Install relief valve (1) and grease fitting (2) in track tension adjuster (3).
NOTE
Grease fitting and relief valve of track tension adjuster should be toward front of carrier. Make
sure grease fitting is pointing out.
2.
Install track tension adjuster (3) on shaft of idler wheel arm. Secure with screw (4) and washer (5). Tighten screw to
130-140 lb-ft (176-190 Nm) torque.
NOTE
If carrier has new type spindle, omit Step 3 and Step 5.
3.
Install idler wheel arm with track tension adjuster attached (WP 0354 00).
4.
Install mount (6) in front of track tension adjuster (3). Raise adjuster and mount. Align hole in mount with hole in hull
for screw (7).
5.
Install idler wheel (WP 0360 00).
6.
Install screw (7) in mount (6). Tighten until snug.
