WARNING
Compressed air can injure you and others. Do not aim air at people. Do not use more than 30
psi (207 kPa). Always wear goggles.
1.
Clean parts with cleaning compound or by steam cleaning. Dry with clean cloth or compressed air.
INSPECTION-ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTION CRITERIA
1.
Inspect transmission oil high temperature switch for cracks, dents, damaged threads, and loose, broken, or missing
terminals. Replace switch that shows any of these defects.
INSTALLATION
1.
Install adapter (1) in transmission oil cooler (2).
2.
Apply sealing compound primer and sealing compound primer to threads of transmission oil high temperature switch (3).
3.
Install transmission oil high temperature switch (3) in adapter (1).
4.
Connect circuit 327 lead (4) to transmission oil high temperature switch (3).
