WARNING
Make sure parking brake is set before you start engine. Carrier could lurch and injure you.

Start engine and let idle with shift lever in STEER LOCK (SL) position for 10 minutes or until engine reaches operating
temperature (see your -10).
10. Press accelerator fully to increase engine speed to full governed RPM. Pressure gauge should read 94-98 psi
(648-676 kPa).
11. If pressure reading is below 94 psi (648 kPa), COARSE adjust throttle valve modulator linkage first by turning two nuts
(7), one turn at a time to the left, and then, FINE adjust throttle valve modulator linkage by turning two nuts (8), one turn
at a time to the right.
12. If pressure reading is above 98 psi (676 kPa), COARSE adjust throttle valve modulator linkage first by turning two nuts
(7), one turn at a time to the right, and then, FINE adjust throttle valve modulator linkage by turning two nuts (8), one
turn at a time to the left.
13. Stop engine (see your -10).
14. Remove quick-disconnect fitting (1) from elbow (2), hose (3) from quick-disconnect fitting (1), and pressure gauge (4)
from hose (3). Stow in kit.
15. Apply light coat of sealing compound primer and sealing compound to male threads of pipe plug (5), and install pipe
plug in elbow (2).
