NOTE
To completely drain fuel compartment, park carrier on a 10 to 50 degree slope or ramp.
1.
Place suitable metal container under drain (1) to catch fuel.
WARNING
Fuel flowing over a metal surface causes static electricity. This will cause a spark and possible
fire unless surface is grounded. Provide a metal contact between carrier and container to ensure
a ground.
2.
Remove drain plug (2) with preformed packing (3). Drain fuel. Discard preformed packing.
3.
When fuel is drained, install drain plug (2) with new preformed packing (3).
