Back off handle(19) to horizontal position.Tighten new Iockwasher (20) and nut (21) to secure handle (1 9).Insert cable (14) through driver’s compartment bulkhead.Install fuel shutoff plate assembly (16) on driver’s compartment bulkhead with three screws (18) and newIockwashers (17).Install pulley bracket (8) on engine (12) with two assembled washer screws (13).Run cable (14) around pulley (7) and install on pulley bracket (8) with straight pin (10), spring (9), washer (6),and new cotter pin (11 ).Install clevis pin (5) and new cotter pin (4) in clevis (23).FOLLOW-ON MAINTENANCE:• Close and secure air intake grille (refer to TM 9-2350-287-10).• Close and secure driver’s hatch cover (refer to TM 9-2350-287-10).4-101/(4-102 blank)Install S-hook (2) and chain (3) on cable (14).Install quick-release pin (1) and clevin (23) on control arm (22).
