Drycleaning solvent (Item 28, Appendix D)
Right projectile rack assembly moved to rear
Rag (Item 56, Appendix D)
of vehicle (refer to TM 9-2350-287-10).
WARNING
If nuclear, biological, or chemical
(NBC) exposure Is suspected, all air
filter media will be handled by
personnel wearing full NBC
protective equipment.
NOTE
This procedure covers replacement
of both left and right air cleaner
filters. Do step 1 for right air cleaner
and step 2 for left air cleaner.

REMOVAL
1.
Remove right access door (1) from air
cleaner (3) by pulling down locking latch
(2) and lifting upon door (1).
CAUTION
Do not raise left access door too
high when removing. Lifting left
access door too high may cause
binding and damage to door.
2.
Remove left access door (1) from air
cleaner (3) by pulling down locking latch
(2), lifting up slightly, and sliding door (1) to
the right.
