TM 9-2350-277-20-5REPLACE M13 NBC HEATER HOSES (M1068A3 ONLY) — Continued 0790 0019. If grommet (1) was removed, install new grommet on driver’s inlet hose (2). Route hose through welded frame andinsert grommet in frame.20. Install driver’s inlet hose (2) and two clamps (3) on manifold (4) and driver’s heater (5). Tighten clamps.21. Install clamp (6) on driver’s inlet hose (2) and commander’s inlet hose (7). Secure clamp on sponson with screw (8) andnew lockwasher (9).22. Install clamp (10) on driver’s inlet hose (2) and commander’s inlet hose (7). Secure clamp on welded bracket with screw(11), two washers (12), and new locknut (13).23. If bracket (14) was removed, install bracket on driver’s bulkhead with two screws (15), washers (20) and newlockwashers (16).24. Install driver’s outlet hose (17) and clamp (18) on connector (19) and driver’s heater (5). Tighten clamp.FOLLOW-THROUGH STEPS1. Connect battery ground lead (WP 0338 00).2. Start engine (see your -10).3. Raise and lock ramp (see your -10).4. Stop engine (see your -10).5. Check air flow of NBC systems. Follow procedures in TM 3-6680-316-10.END OF TASK0790 00-8
