Install two spacers (22), new shims (23), and two hinge halves (24) on ramp door (2). Secure with six screws (25). Handtighten screws.10. Install two spacers (26), new shims (27), and two hinge halves (28) on ramp (29). Secure with six screws (30). Handtighten screws.11. Attach lifting device to ramp door (2) and position door in ramp (29).12. Align two hinge halves (24) with hinge halves (28). Secure with two screws (31), four washers (32), and two nuts (33).Remove lifting device and close door.13. TIGHTEN 12 SCREWS (25)(30) TO 107-118 LB-FT (145-160 N m) TORQUE.0751 00-7
