Open ramp door (1) and attach lifting device.
7.
Remove two nuts (2), four washers (3), and two screws (4) from ramp door hinge halves (5) and (6). Remove ramp door
(1) from carrier. Remove lifting device. Have helper assist.
8.
Remove six screws (7), two shims (8), spacers (9), and two hinge halves (6) from ramp (10). Discard shims.
9.
Remove six screws (11), two spacers (12), shims (13), and two hinge halves (5) from ramp door (1). Discard shims.
10. Remove two screws (14), lockwashers (15), washers (16), and handle (17) from extension (18). Discard lockwashers.
11. Remove two screws (19), lockwashers (20), washers (21), and extension (18) from bracket (22). Discard lockwashers.
12. Remove screw (23), two washers (24), two spacers (25), spring (26), two washers (27), locknut (28), and hook (29) from
bracket (30). Discard locknut.
13. Remove two screws (31), washers (32), locknuts (spaced armor only) (33), and bracket (30) from ramp door armor plate
(1). Discard locknuts.
