TM 9-2350-277-20-5REPLACE BATTERY BOX INSULATION AND HEAT EXCHANGER — Continued 0718 002. Remove two heat exchangers (3) from battery box (4). Remove clamps from heat exchangers.3. Remove four grommets (5) from battery box (4). Discard grommets.4. If damaged, remove two insulation sheets (1) from battery box cover (2).5. If damaged, remove two insulation strips (3), two front insulation sheets (4), two rear insulation sheets (5), two sideinsulation sheets (6), and two bottom insulation sheets (7) from battery box (8).INSTALLATION1. Apply adhesive to insulation sheets. Wait 10 to 20 seconds until adhesive becomes tacky.2. If removed, install two bottom insulation sheets (7), two side insulation sheets (6), two rear insulation sheets (5), twofront insulation sheets (4), and two insulation strips (3) in battery box (8).3. If removed, install two insulation sheets (1) on battery box cover (2).4. Install four new grommets (9) in battery box (8).5. Install four clamps (10) on two heat exchangers (11).
