INITIAL SETUP: Maintenance Level Unit Tools and Special Tools General Mechanic’s Tool Kit (WP 0926 00, Item 65) Materials/Parts Sealing compound (WP 0928 00, Item 52) Wiping rag (WP 0928 00, Item 65) Lockwasher (6) Packing (4) Personnel Required Unit Mechanic References See your -10 Equipment Condition Engine stopped (see your -10) Carrier blocked (see your -10) Ramp lowered (see your -10) Battery ground strap disconnected (WP 0337 00) or (WP 0338 00) Heater fuel shutoff valve closed (see your -10) REMOVAL WARNING Fuel can catch fire and burn you. Do not smoke. Wipe up spilled fuel. 1. Remove four screws (1), lockwashers (2), washers (3), and shield (4) from right sponson. Discard lockwashers. 2. Remove hose assembly (5) from elbow (6) and bulkhead fitting (7). 0700 00-1
