REMOVAL
NOTE
Both front and rear battery boxes are repaired the same way.
NOTE
Repair of the battery box is limited to replacement of channel dividers, frames, frame mounts,
and latches.
NOTE
On newer models, there are screws and washers securing the front plate to the battery box.

Remove four screws (1), eight washers (2), four locknuts (3), and front plate (4) from battery box (5). Discard locknuts.
