Apply heat sink silicone compound to base of semiconductor (20). Position semiconductor on bus bar (21). Install
washer (22) and nut (23). TORQUE NUT TO 270 +/- 10 LB-IN. (30.5 +/- 1.13 N.m).
10. Position block (24) on rear cover and install two washers (25), new lockwashers (26), and screws (27).
11. Position block (28), on rear cover and install two washers (29), new lockwashers (30), and screws (31).
12. Place bus bar (21) over blocks (24) and (28) and secure with two washers (32) and bolts (33).
13. Insert bolt (34) through back of block E1 (35).
14. Position insulator (36) and block E1 (35) on rear cover. Install two washers (37) and screws (38).
15. Position circuit breakers CB2, CB3, and CB5 (39) in respective rear cover mounting holes.
16. Install six screws (40), twelve washers (41) and (42) and new locknuts (43).
