Remove and weigh fixed fire extinguishercylinder (WP 0898 00).Extinguisher ismissing orseal/lockwiremissing orbroken, bottlesare overdue forhydrostatictest. Lock wireis not .020light copper.b. Recharge or exchange fire extinguisher if weightloss is more than 10 percent of charged weightstamped on bottle.c. Inspect fire extinguisher cylinder data plate toensure that a hydrostatic test has been performedwithin the past 12 years. Faulty extinguishers,or those beyond the test time limit (12 years),shall be declared unserviceable and replaced.CAUTIONFire extinguisher control valve sealed withsteel wire WILL NOT work.
