5-26 VANE AXIAL COOLING FAN ASSEMBLIES REPAIR (CONTINUED)_, F Using dimensions recorded in Steps A, B, C and E, compute shim thickness: (2) Required shim thickness = 0.757 - X TM 9-2350-267-34 NOTE Use shim thickness computed in Step F. I Assemble gear box by reversing order of disassembly. J Pack gear box housing (26) 90% full of grease. K Install new gasket (44). L Install cover (43) and 12 socket head screws (42). G Remove locknut (28), key washer (27) and bearing (30) from retainer and shaft assembly (41). H Install new key washer (27). TA309759
