C Disconnect wire 10 from STARTER switch. Using multimeter, place red lead in wire 10. Ground black lead. Check for voltage. If voltage is present, go to step D. If no voltage, replace wire 10 from STARTER switch to circuit breaker (Appx F). D Disconnect wire 14 at STARTER switch. Using multimeter, place red lead in STARTER switch output and black lead to ground. Push STARTER switch to check for voltage. If voltage is present, go to step E.
